Praise Him - or the rocks will!

Beauty in nature, all of nature cries out praise....

I was thinking that I really don't have anything to blog about!  And then another thought came to me - Praise the Lord!  Praise Him because if you don't the rocks will cry out and praise Him (Luke 19v40).  All of nature praises Him.  You cannot fail to see beautiful flowers and cloud art in the sky and animals roaming about to not know that all of creation praises God.

Cloud Art!

Its just us stubborn humans that get caught up in worldly things and our own problems and our own pride that prevents us from praising our God too.

In God's word David says "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!" (Ps 150v6)  I have breath and until I don't I should praise Him.

I want to praise the Lord in all I do, with my actions, with my words, with my voice!

I want my praise for You Lord,
to be as loud as the colour of this flower!

PRAISE YOU LORD!  YOU ARE WORTHY OF ALL HONOUR, ALL GLORY, ALL PRAISE!

God bless
Tracy

  7. Wonderful verses and pictures to show how important praise and honor to the Lord is!! I also like the verse Hebrews 13:15 "Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise--the fruit of lips that confess his name" Thanks for sharing!

  9. Praise The Lord! Yes...He is so worthy! Just this evening at Bible study we heard that we are not made to explain God or try to figure Him out. We are meant to praise Him! His Word is so true... Even the rocks will cry out!

  10. The rocks do cry out praises to God. My mother told me to look at the birds and chickens when they take a drink of water. They lift their heads skyward and praise God. Anyway it was a good thought. Thanks for sharing at Tell me a Story.

  11. Wouldn't that be a day, when the rocks cry out? But then, we should not be silent. Praise Him. Praise the Lord!

  13. I love this -- when we think we have nothing to say, let us just turn our mouths and our hearts to praise. I will carry that in my heart today!

  15. I certainly don't want the rocks to sing my praises to God. I'm so blessed. I have only to look at the devastation Sandy left for so many to realize my blessings today.
