His grace is sufficient!

One thing I am learning is no matter what I go through His grace is sufficient for me!  Once I remind myself of that fact, my inner self settles!  All that goes on in my world starts to fall into 'correct' perspective.

It is very important to not be convinced or influenced by the ways and solutions of the world.  If we do we will not find that peace, that God peace, that we so desperately need in our day to day lives as we muddle through.  Its so important to renew our minds with the word.

Rom 12 v 2:  Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

So, if we continue to keep pushing doubts and lies out of our minds with the renewing of our minds and replace them with God's truth, then we will see how God's grace, His unmerited favour, is present in our lives and we will see how His grace is sufficient, all encompassing, humbling, overwhelming, beautiful, and way way more than we deserve.

God bless
Tracy

  5. Tracy, you're right. "Taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ," also allows me to filter MY thoughts through HIS thoughts and come out with a more accurate picture of truth. But Satan's lies scream so much louder some days. I"m glad that "greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world." Visiting from Be Not Weary today and glad I did!

  6. We can always rely on Him for His strength! He is always consistent and sees us through all situations. Sometimes we may think "Where are you, God?" But then, either at that moment or afterward we come to the realization that we couldn't have made it without Him. God is our strength! Blessings, Joan

  9. God's Grace - that is what will get me through this week of challenging, over-brimming schedules - knowing He will take care of my energy, my heart, my concerns about the schedule and the boys in the schedule and how my husband and I work through the schedule - God's Grace makes everything fall into place. I needed this today! Thanks Tracy!

  15. Yes, we must seek Godly ways, and not the ways of the world. I like to ask the Father, "What next?" Thank you for sharing at Tell Me a Story." I enjoy your thoughts and the scriptures you add to them.
