Recipe for Balance

Ingredients:

  • Praise the Lord (Ps 150 v 6:  Let everything that has breath Praise the Lord.  Praise the Lord)
  • Thankfulness (Col 2 v 7:  Rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness)
  • Humility (1 Peter 5 v 5:  all of you, clothe yourself with humility towards one another, because God opposes the proud and gives grace to the humble)
  • Control the tongue (Prov 13 v 3:  Those who control their tongue will have long life, opening your mouth can ruin everything)
  • Renewal of your mind (Eph 4 v 23:  Instead let the spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes)

Method:
  • Stir with love - 1 Corinth 13 v 4-7
  • Season with Hope and faith - Col 1 v 23
  • Mix in Contentment - 1 Tim 6 v 6
  • Bake with Prayer - Luke 21 v 36
Enjoy with Peace - John 14 v 27:  Peace I leave with you, My peace I give you.  I do not give you as the world gives.  Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

God bless
Tracy
