Winsome Wednesday - He only is my Rock!

Ps 62 v 1-2:  Truly my soul silently waits for God; from Him comes my salvation.  (2) He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved.

When I thing of a rock, I think of something that is not easy to move.  My salvation through Him makes God my rock.  God's salvation is my strength to stand firm.  My ability to stand firm, to not be moved, is because God is my ROCK!
Lord, you are my Rock, my Fortress, My strong tower!

Thank you Lord, for being my Rock, my Salvation, my Shelter, my Strong tower.  Because of You, I can stand firm and not be greatly moved!

God bless
Tracy

  16. Your post reminded me of the old song: I shall not be, I shall not be moved, just like a tree that's planted by the water, I shall not be move.
Probably does not exactly compute with a rock that can't be moved, but what ever! :-)
